Delivery Times
For delivering items within the United Kingdom we use Parcelforce for smaller items and packages whilst any large or bulking items we sent on a pallet next (PallEx).
These items are sent on a general “next working day” service.
Should you require a timed delivery option please select that when placing your order or email us to upgrade your order service.
Please note that certain areas of the UK are exempt from pre 9AM and 10AM delivery due to locality.
For items delivering to Ireland a subsidiary of Parcelforce will be used, this means delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.
We can ship items globally but as prices vary depending upon weight and size please email us for example prices outside of the UK.
Collection Times
General order cut-offs are 3:00pm in order to catch the courier for that day.
Larger items that need to be sent on a pallet have a 1:00pm cut-off period.
